It also will be more expensive then a purchase outside a SMSF environment.

 

At Mandala Financial Services we understand SMSF, I am accredited with multiple SMSF lenders to ensure I can place the loan directly with the lender and conduct all my regular pre lending checks , rather then via a referral.

 

Working closely with  SMSF Accredited Financial Adviser I understand their overall strategy for you, and aligning the correct lending solution to that need.
